Pre-heat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Add all the ingredients (except the "bagel" seasoning) into a bowl and mix with a whisk until no lumps remain
Using an ice cream scoop (either regular or mini - if you use a mini one, you will probably get 5 or 6), or use your hands and roll the dough into small-medium sized balls and place on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with the bagel seasoning
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown on top
Let cool for 5-10 minutes, break open and enjoy with a pat of butter!
